Of course, this Mulsanne belongs to the St. Regis Hotel in Manhattan. The plates have previously been spotted on this car, a 2009 Mulsanne and two different Conti Flying Spurs. Despite the fact that I have seen this car almost every day in front of the hotel, I thought it was nicer to spot it at the Columbus Circle.
