It is hard to figure out when those arab cars are spotted. I always upload my spots from Paris the day when I spotted them. So I spotted this car today in Paris. This car was spotted in Cannes before Paris. So when was this car spotted in Monaco? I doubt the owner drove from Cannes to go to Paris and then drive back to Monaco. Anyway nice spot even if obviously this car was not spotted today in Monaco.

This car was spotted on July 17. Not everyone has that much time to upload a spot the same day ;). Is that a problem? @jersay69

No I was wondering when it was spotted. Because it made no sense to go from Cannes to Paris, then from Paris to Monaco. Don't feel attacked. To bad you don't have time to upload and spot. But it is not a problem.
