I found this Rolls-Royce Phantom VIII EWB on Diplomat plates driving down and later parked on 5th Avenue on 7/27/2024 (photos 1-8) and driving on East 59th Street on 10/19/2024 (photos 9-10). What a land yacht this thing is! I can't imagine driving something like this through somewhere as congested as New York City myself. Unfortunately not a first spot for me as someone else already found it in NYC before I did, but I'm still glad to have this on my profile as a car I spotted!
