I found this 2020 Rolls-Royce Phantom VIII EWB driving on E 59th Street and driving on 5th Avenue on 3/12/2023 (photos 1-6). I found it again in the same place on 10/15/2023 (photos 7-10). Love these two-tone Phantoms in NYC!
