Thanks! To be honest: I know nothing about the flags. Once I heard that if you have flags on your car, than you can call it a diplomat car and you don't have to pay taxes. But I don't know if it's true or not.

Doditje: yes, it's the same car. Just look at the wrap, the flags, and of course the licence plate. It just has 2 set of wheels.

I have steen this car a lot here in BUD. You can see blue led lights behind the front windscreen.
