Isn’t it fully public? It is a bit confusing to get around tho, it’s easy to miss cars

Not anymore I guess. I had no issue spotting cars on most of the levels, for example on the C level there were 3 Chirons parked. But once I turned down to go after the Veyron a security guy told me to turn back.

It probably went into the The Collection garage. It's highly secretive and secured. Almost impossible to get close to

Where is that? I’ve been down there multiple times and always explored the entirety of the place without any issues

I think the entry is on the lower levels of the garage, or via the ramp towards the Golden Square (the entrance the valets use).

The security guy was securing that level where GMK keeps their cars. I could spot those last year tho.
