That explains it! I once uploaded five spots in Estonia, one of which was in a new town for AG, but voting never started.

That's actually weird, as today with Greece, votations should have been active anyways, but with 4 spots available to vote!

I don’t think that’s why. My Marcos spot was in a (at the time) town to the site, and that still won.

I had the same problem in Peru about 2 montes ago, but it was not a New city. Really weird
