Fun fact this car is from the "Territoire de Belfort" which is a small department in France. I wanted to have a spotted car on Ag for each of the 100 plus departments, and this was the only one I was missing. Surprisingly, the two hardest ones were this one so number 90, and number 23 (Creuse), and not the overseas departments!
