Maybe this is some new model of the Chinese manufacturer Haval? They have models with similar headlights. Of course, I'm not sure that this is exactly this car, but it is possible. Great spyspot!

It really is a "mule" for testing the future monoblock pickup that RAM is developing in Brazil. In addition to the name 1200, some rumors say that it could be called Dakota.
This model is still using components from other Stellantis models such as Fiat Toro and Jeep Renegade. But the model with the final design has already started to be tested in Brazil.
