I first found this 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee SRT parked in the Board of Education lot in Greenwich on 2/10/2019 (photos 2-7). I found it again turning onto Post Road East/US-1 in Westport on 4/25/2020 (photos 1 and 8-10). Still wondering what the plate means. License plate: FRZAVFC (CT)
