I found this 1981 DeLorean DMC-12 that was made to look like the time machine from the "Back to the Future" series of movies parked in Times Square tonight (9/23/2023). At first I was excited to find something like this, however that excitement was soon diminished when I realized that this was nothing short of many tourist traps in Times Square. Why do I say that? When I tried to get more shots, Doc Brown over here started purposefully getting in the way of my shots holding up his homemade sign reading "DONATION FIRST". I overheard someone say that he was charging $20 to be able to take a picture of it (something that is 100% free of charge in a public setting and is actually protected under your 1st Amendment right of freedom of expression in the US). I of course didn't shell out the money but the fact that there were people gullible enough to pay for it blows my mind.
