I first found this 2020 BMW X3 M F97 Competition driving down and later parked on Greenwich Avenue on 10/17/2020 (photos 2-3). I found it again parked on Greenwich Avenue on 3/27/2021 (photos 1 and 4-10). The owner used to have a blue Porsche 991 Carrera GTS that I have spotted and will link in the comments below.
