I found this 2013 BMW M3 Cabriolet driving down 7th Avenue in Times Square on 4/11/2026. The license plate on this one is actually "58529CM". If you look closely, the owner deliberately covered up the last two letters of the plate with paint and a check of CarFax confirms the full plate number belongs to a 2013 M3. He most likely did this to dodge cameras and plate readers and I don't think a normal NYPD cop would notice something like this.
