A strikingly coloured M3 E93 Cabriolet, parked on the top floor of Rougier Street's NCP Garage, next to the Cedar Court Hotel. It was also a fairly new model too, being in 12-Reg. And usually the top floor of this car park has nothing special, so was nice to see this here!
